Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, including engraved items. You will be contacted if an item you ordered is out of stock.

We offer a range of rates and delivery speeds, including USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and UPS Next Day Air.

UPS does not require packages to be signed for. There is an additional $10 charge to request signing of your package. Please call our toll free number to request this service 1-877-445-0030.

Non receipt of orders must be reported within 30 days of placing the order. It is very difficult to track a package after thirty days. If an order is reported as not being received after 30 days, N-Style ID is not obligated to ship another order or refund.

N-Style ID will ship free of charge any order over $50 (US destinations only). This is not a discount shipping method - it's the same First Class USPS shipping we use on regular orders under $50.
