If your item is defective we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund!
If your item is defective, you must report it within 30 days of receipt. If an item is broken within a year we will offer a discount towards another purchase.
Personalized engraved ID tags are not returnable unless N-Style ID has made a mistake in the engraving. Items with scratches, tears, dents, or tarnish are not refundable.
Re-enameling for free! If you’d like us to re-enamel your jewelry, please send it back to us within 1 year of purchase and we will re-enamel it for free.
Re-beading for $12 – If you would like your beaded bracelet re-strung, we offer re-stringing at no charge up to a year from date of purchase. After a year, the fee is $12. If you need new beads, we can replace those for a small replacement cost.
Incorrect items received or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you qualify for a 100% refund (if your item has proven to be defective), we will refund the total cost of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item proves to be defective. If your item proves to be defective, your return shipping cost will be refunded at the USPS First Class rate.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE:
If you find you have ordered the wrong size, visit our "bracelets without ID tag" page https://n-styleid.com/collections/bracelets-bracelets-without-id-tags and order the size you would like, unless you have a Bangle bracelet. In this case, you will need to return the entire bracelet so that we can remove the ID and attach it to a different size for you.
Return your bracelet to the address below and we will credit you once it is received. Include your order number and reason for the return. DO NOT return your ID tag unless it is permanently attached to a Bangle bracelet.
