This is not an authentic Pandora bracelet but, you may use interchangeable beads from popular bead companies such as Pandora. One end of this stainless steel medical bracelet may be unscrewed to allow for easy threading of your beads. This bracelet is offered with the Contempo ID which is interchangeable with all beaded bracelets, most leather bracelets, and all interchangeable medical bracelets. Sizes include what the bracelet length will be with the Contempo ID attached. Subtract 1.75" if you are ordering without the ID.
Avoid time consuming size exchanges. Measure your wrist before ordering. Typically you would add 3/4" to 1" to your wrist size to get your bracelet size.
